Frequently asked questions
I've tried serums already. Why would this be different?
Most serums only reach part of the pigment, so you get some glow but the patch stays. These pads combine glycolic acid, which sheds the dull surface cells holding pigment, with niacinamide, which helps stop new pigment reaching the surface. Both jobs, one swipe.
How soon will I see a difference?
Skin looks fresher and smoother within 1–2 weeks. Spots start to look softer from weeks 4–6, with fuller results at 8–12 weeks. Hormonal patches can return with sun and hormone changes, so keep using them with daily SPF.
My skin is sensitive. Will it sting?
A light tingle at first is normal with glycolic acid. Patch test on your inner arm first and start with 3 nights a week. Stop if redness or irritation lasts.
Can I use it with my other skincare?
Yes. Swipe at night after cleansing, then use your usual moisturiser. If you use retinol, use it on alternate nights. Vitamin C is fine in the morning, under your SPF.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Every order comes with our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, get in touch and we'll refund you. It's a one-off payment, not a subscription.
